Big training days consist of an endurance swim, bike and run with around 20-25min between each one allowing for refuel and removing some intensity. The session gives you perfect run through for things like nutrition on the bike and run and the opportunity to test out kit/set up in near race conditions.
ATTENDANCE: This sort of session is really difficult to replicate on your own and the camaraderie makes it an incredible day. However, to have camaraderie you have to have numbers. These sorts of sessions are difficult to organise and totally depend upon everyone turning up. The day is ability driven so there is something for everyone so please do make the effort to come along. Please confirm your attendance in order for us to arrange the bike groups.

– Teams will race the route in handicapped teams of similar ability.
– This means the fastest team will go last.
