
The training day is Strictly Evidence Based and will help with your technique across all the disciplines and help you to tie them all together consistently achieving balance and avoiding injury. It will include:

- Swim technique session with coaches on poolside and in the water to give you individual feedback.
- Up to the minute bike training methods to include power from British Cycling Coaches.
- Run technique and efficiency.
- Evidence based nutrition advice.
- How to build an effective program.
- Strength work to compliment your training.
- Myth-busting question and answer session.
- Race mechanical seminar.
- Transition Efficiency and Speed.
