These programs take their inspiration from sessions provided to athletes from Precision Race Team, No. 1 UK & EMEA IRONMAN Triathlon team. It is focused on the athlete that has a focused period of time in which to get ready to race. 

They are fully progressive and periodised.  The sessions provide good variety but remain focused on the outcome. In terms of equipment we have kept it simple. For the swim and run a sports watch will suffice. For the bike however access to a power metre or smart trainer is necessary. This vastly improves the effectiveness and interest value of the sessions.
