COACHING / Why Choose us?
A coach who gets you. A team in your corner. Training that fits the life you actually live.
Tell us what you want to achieve, what gets in the way and what makes you tick. That’s where good coaching starts.
At Precision, we take the time to match you with a coach who fits. Someone you can be honest with, who understands your ambitions and knows when to challenge you, when to encourage you and when to change the plan.
Behind that relationship is a team with extensive experience and a shared interest in your progress. We work together. You benefit from it.
Find out how we match you with a coachWe listen to your goals, experience and the demands of everyday life.
Together, we find the right fit and agree what you want to work towards.
Your coach helps shape training around you, with a clear purpose for each step.
You share how training feels. We review your progress, adjust the plan and celebrate the gains together.
You have a dedicated coach who knows your story, backed by the collective experience of Precision. No one is an expert in everything. We share knowledge, challenge ideas and draw on each other’s strengths, because your progress matters to all of us.
Work runs late. Children get ill. Some weeks you feel unstoppable; others take a bit more care. We build training around your goals, lifestyle and physiology, then adapt it with you. A useful plan has to work on an ordinary Tuesday.
With 1:1 coaching, you get a dedicated weekly call, daily WhatsApp communication, app comments and analysis. Contact time is unlimited. If you need another conversation, you get one. You should feel comfortable asking the small questions as well as the big ones.
We base physiological training decisions on data science and your individual response, rather than fixed coaching philosophies drawn from limited research. Your coach brings your feedback, goals and everyday life into those decisions. As the evidence develops, so does the plan.
FitLogic describes its foundation as the “world’s richest endurance training dataset”: more than 20 years of data, continually growing and developing. Crucially, that data is contextualised, accounting for factors such as conditions, individual characteristics, training execution and how athletes respond.
That depth helps us personalise the training to your physiology and refine it as you develop. You get the benefit of a growing body of training intelligence, alongside a coach who knows you.
Explore the FitLogic datasetWe ask you to invest in your development, and we hold ourselves to the same standard. Qualifications, continued education and a willingness to question our own assumptions are part of the job. There is always more to learn.
A first finish line. A faster race. The confidence to try something you once thought was beyond you. We take your ambition seriously, give you honest feedback and celebrate the progress that matters to you.
