Triathlon travel & race day checklist

The original sheet also has prompts for painkillers, vitamins and COVID documents. Treat these as personal or trip-specific checks, not recommendations to take medication or a statement of current travel requirements.
Make the final check event-specific
Check the organiser’s athlete guide and your carrier’s baggage rules, including any restrictions on CO2 cartridges. Add anything specific to your bike, course, accommodation or weather. Keep your race execution plan with your travel documents.
